The lounge provides a large modern living space with slouchy black leather sofas, scattered cushions and soft throws. The perfect place to enjoy an evening drink, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to entertainment, with a large plasma screen TV, CD player, DVD player and library. Additional sleeping space comes in the form of a double sofa bed that can accommodate your extra guests.

Featuring the latest modern integrated appliances, the kitchen has all the essentials including fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor. A matching kettle, toaster and microwave give you the freedom to have breakfast at the leisurely time you choose. A washing machine and dryer are also installed for longer stays.

The master bedroom fronts a double bed and comfy mattress to keep you warm and snug at night. Lots of storage space and a large full-length mirror make this the perfect bedroom to get ready for the day. A double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and matching bedside tables give you plenty of room.

A sleek and spacious bathroom features three mirrors, chrome fittings and a white suite of wall mounted wash basin and WC. A large bath with integrated power shower ensures a refreshing start to your morning.

Outside

Excellent transport links give you flexible travel options throughout the local area, with buses running to and from Halifax every 5-10 minutes. Located 200 yards from Halifax train station, you can experience the vibrant nightlife of the surrounding cities, or drive 15 minutes to visit the picturesque villages of Haworth and Hebden Bridge for a spot of gift shopping.

A great selection of restaurants, bars and the Broad Street Plaza are on your doorstep, with lots of events, local festivals and even an ale trail that passes through Huddersfield. Alternatively, guests don’t have to venture far to visit Leeds, Manchester, Bradford and Wakefield via the easily accessible M62 motorway.

This serviced apartment looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and our host Jonathan provided bread, milk, fresh juice, and some shortbread on check-in. There is tea, coffee, and sugar already provided for guests to use. The living room is spacious, and the furniture is comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and there was plenty of storage for clothes along with spare bedding and towels. The accommodation is on a very quiet street on the edge of Halifax town centre. There are plenty of shops, some nice pubs, and places to eat within 5 minute walk or so. Overall, the serviced accommodation, the very handy & convenient location in Halifax, and the professional service from booking with Simple2let made our stay very easy and pleasant throughout, we will certainly book again next time in Yorkshire
